GhostLayer Tech LLC “we” collects only what is needed to do the work you ask for.

What we collect

• Your name, business, email and — if you choose to give it — your phone number when you contact us or engage us, and the material you share with us for that work.
• A mobile number, if you give us one, so we can send you text messages about your engagement or order (see SMS terms).

How we use it

• To respond to you, carry out the engagement, and keep you informed about it.
• Contact-form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to us by email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not send marketing texts. Messages are about your engagement or order only.

Text messaging (SMS)

We collect a mobile number only when you give us one and tick the SMS consent box on our contact form, or when you give it to us during an engagement or order. We use it only to send messages about that engagement or order, and we pass it to the messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf, which may not use it for anything else. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this notice; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept for our own bookkeeping. You can ask us to correct or delete your details through the contact form.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message — that takes effect immediately and automatically. You can also ask us through the contact form.
