SMS terms

GhostLayer Tech LLC sends text messages to clients and customers who have given us a mobile number: updates about an engagement or an order, and replies to questions about it.

Consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on the contact form at ghostlayer.tech, or by giving us your number and your agreement in writing when you start an engagement or place an order. The box is never pre-ticked, and we never add a number that was not given to us directly — we do not buy, rent or scrape phone lists. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

What to expect

• Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per engagement or order, none otherwise.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
• Messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• Typical messages: “GhostLayer Tech: your kickoff call is confirmed for Tue 10:00. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” and “GhostLayer Tech: invoice 104 is ready for you. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact form.

Privacy
